Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items:Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.


3. How to Initiate a Return:To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Support@tampapcconsultants or by calling 813.756.4171. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details. Our team will guide you through the return process.


4. Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.


5. Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns are subject to our approval a 20% restocking fee may apply.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.


6. Exchanges:If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide assistance with any price adjustments.


7. Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

8. Restocking Fee:A restocking fee of 20% may apply to certain returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

9. Changes to the Return Policy:Tampa PC Consultants reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
